All right... again, it's been way too long since I've posted on here. Let me sum up what's happened in my life for the past couple months:

• Went to Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert. It was the best thing ever. Ever.

• Had a fun Christmas, but no snow. Bummer.

• Finally got Eagle Scout project approved.

• Got a job at Best Buy... employee discount rocks!

• Jacquie and I have been dating for 6 months now.

• General boredom: school.

Hopefully, things will start getting a little better. By that, I mean pulling my grades up. Ugh. Not a good situation.

Well, at least I've updated my journal, eh?

So it's been a while (read: at least 3 months) since I've updated my journal. Busy? Yep. Bored? Yep. Super procrastinator? Uh-huh!

Anyways, I decided to make a catalog, so to speak, of all the books and CDs that I own, as well as all of my family's VHS, DVDs, and video games. I came up with over 400 items! About 200 of which were my books! Man, I looooove reading.

So, Katie and I are doing well. 8 Months on Tuesday. Awesome!

Know what? I bet people forgot my journal exists! :D

Anyways... it's 11:47 on Sunday night, and I'm rambling again. Time to hit the hay.

So, check out the goods.

It feels good to actually finish something you start.

I'm gonna catch some Z's. Happy Easter everyone.

Now how am I gonna get these Church songs outta my head??

Jesus Christ is risen today.... alleluia...

I've been listening to a few songs lately, and the more I listen to them, the more I want to make them into pep band songs. Of course, just about everyone knows my flop with Are You Gonna be my Girl, but I think if I get more people involved I will stick to the task easier. Anyways, here are the songs:

Immigrant Song
School of Rock
Let's Go (I'm not really sure why)
Let's get it Started

Mer. I wonder if anything will actually come of this.

So the Christmas concert went well. That's most excellent. And I got to wear a tux! Fun fun! Now that the Christmas concert is over, I can focus on more things, like homework and wrapping presents. I love giving presents! It's tons of fun! :)

The title says it all. Sophomore testing. It bites the big one. Not that it's overly difficult, just time-consuming and repetitive. Not to mention, it turns your brain to mush. I have stuff to do for One-Act Play tomorrow, stuff for CPS to do tomorrow, stuff to do for Emilee, and Boy Scouts and an FPS meeting. Am I being too nice and giving everyone a fair shot at my already tight schedule? I mean, One Act basically said "we don't need you anymore", and kicked me out, but now I'm supposed to tell them how to work stuff in the auditorium. Put that in your straw and suck it, Nick. I also have to talk to a procrastinating network administrator tomorrow, to tell him to PLEASE, PLEASE give people access privileges to a folder for CPS. Then there's the whole Emilee thing. I need to, apparently, rip a song off a CD, and time-edit and splice it, then burn it to a CD. Cool. I'll find time for that when I'm done digging my grave. My grades are going down because I hate school and I'm not fully applying myself.

Everyone wants a slice of the pie, but nobody can take small slivers and share. Plus, it's burnt (out).

I can't wait until Wednesday. These stupid computerized phonecalls from no where with pre-recorded messages from Kerry and Bush are ticking me of. IMHO, neither of these men are very fit to run the country. I'm tired of the election. This has to be the dirtiest, mud-slingingest, foulest election of all. I hope the Dems and Repubs are proud of themselves. I don't even diss my worst enemies as bad as these two groups do. Grr.

More of a ranting journal entry here, so if you're in a good mood... steer clear.

First of all, I don't have enough time to do everything I want to do. Obviously, this happens to everyone sometimes in their life, but it's really hitting me hard right about now. I have so many activities going on that I have to not go to one meeting so I can make it to another.

And another thing- I'm a big time procrastinator. So that doesn't help me in the long run, because I'll be doing my homework at 11PM, which leaves me little time to sleep. So now I'm tired in the mornings, there's not enough time for me to eat a good breakfast, and I'm very rushed. Argggg.....

Secondly (and finally), are people. Sometimes, I can't put up with people. I'm talking about people in general here. Sometimes I just like to sit somewhere in my house and not talk to anyone for a few hours. Know why? Because people are stupid. I don't mean to get all accusatory here, and I know that I'm guilty of these things at one point or another. I'm not preaching to the congregation on what not to do here, I'm just telling you what bugs the crap outta me.

And the answer is? People that are rude, unkind, mean, and obnoxious. I don't really have a problem with that if it's in moderation, and there is a good reasoning behind it. But if you're mad at someone because you're jealous or something, quit freaking wasting my time by being a jerk to me. And quit acting like a jealous two year old that can't freaking stand up for yourself, so you have to go behind my back and tell my friends crap about me so that they're on "your side". That was so fourth grade that it's not even funny. Enough with it.

End of ranting

Anyways... I made myself a rootbeer float today... that didn't go to well. I kinda forgot that rootbeer floats make me sick after a while, so I had an upset stomach for a bit. Luckily, it didn't escalate.

I wish school and homework didn't go hand in hand.

Well, obviously, I'm going up north for the weekend. I'm helping grandma and grandpa take boats out of the water and clean up the cottage, so when winter comes, stuff doesn't explode/freeze/self-combust. Sunday, when I'm back, I get to go see Lewis Black. Fun fun!

I'm hungry!

Katie-- Love you much!!

Okay, I don't like the guy, but I DO like the food at Subway. I had a BMT on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and mayo. Yummy.

Anyways, I'm busy all the time now. It stinking sucks. I hate being busy. I have to do leaves with Hana, she's done the whole thing so far and I'm very grateful for that, but also disappointed in myself. I have to go up north this weekend, and I have to see a comic this weekend. I have a crapload of homework, and I do NOT want to do it. I have CCD tomorrow night.

Too much too soon and too quickly. Merrr!

Of course, now I'm really tired and I don't wanna do homework, and all that good stuff. Merrrr

Sometimes, you just can't beat good, old-fashioned adrenaline rushes. Which is what I just got, about 15 minutes ago.

Check it out! All I'm going to tell you is that I won, and I owe Hana a big one for helping me out with one of them.

I'm not going to say much, because there's WAY too much to tell. So here's the LowDown™.

-Went to Katie's for a "before" party. Ate, took embarrassing photos, and played some games.

-Went to the dance, made complete fools of ourselves by dancing, had fun, drank some punch (good!).

-Went to Melissa's for an "after" party. Almost fell asleep, snuggled with Kate.

-Drove Jimmy home, realized I left my CDs at Melissa's house, drove home.

-Got home, nuked a cheeseburger 'cuz I was hungry, slept from 3:30 am until 1 pm. :D

Okay, so homecoming was Friday night. It was completely freaking awesome. We won the game, and our band did a halftime show. Yep, the band geeks took the field, dressed as eighties holdovers, and played J. Giels Band's "Freeze Frame". It was most excellent. The best part, I thought, was walking around in my costume and seeing all the weird looks I got. Here's what I wore:

That's right... I was a PIMP! YEEAH!

Today's the dance. I'm going with Kate, and it's gonna be tons of fun! Yea!!

Well, bedtime for me!

So, at the party Saturday night, I learned that my Grandmother's fourth-great-grandfather was a Belgian King. Holy crap! That's stinkin' nuts! I'm rubbing it in a bit on Katie, but it's all in good fun. I should prolly stop, though. I want to go home and hang out in my hammock. School sucks.

Well, it's the last weekend before school starts, and I will be doing a whole lotta nothing! I mean, Katie's gone, and I have to go to Mom's company picnic tomorrow. I don't know if I'm exactly looking forward to that. On a side note, I've finally updated my journal. I don't know if I'm lazy or what. Oh well. Merf. I'm bored. At least Ben is having a party on Monday. Check out the Clubhouse for details. Anyways, I'm gonna go wallow in boredom now. Merf.

Oh yeah,

There's my schedule. Check it out! PowerSchool is back up, LC folks!

Umm, other than that, I'm bored! I can't WAIT for Kim's party.

And sore! And tired! And... happy to be home.

Camp was fun, but there's nothin' like being home. I'm seriously considering working up at Bear Paw Scout Camp next year. It's nine weeks of working during the summer. It sounds like fun! Hanyways.... yes, the H was intended.... umm.... I'm bored. That's right. Not even, like, 7 hours after I get home, I'm bored. Meh. I want to do something on Sunday. Like bowling. Yay bowling! Oh, and to fill you guys in, Katie's coming home tomorrow. Yay Katie! Bowling and Katie together? Double yay! Maybe it'll work. We'll see. Anyways... I'm gonna go be bored some more, then sleep until like noon. Unless my parents want me to go to church. That might not go over so well. Ah well. Hey- I gotta shave too. Holy cow, I'm like seriously growing a beard. It's CRAZY!
